3. Purchases & Digital Delivery

• All products are delivered digitally in PDF format.
• Access to the product is provided after successful payment.
• The user is solely responsible for downloading and securely storing the purchased file.
• Vv is not responsible for loss of access caused by user-side issues after delivery.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways.
• Vv does not store or process payment card details.
• All sales are final.
• Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted due to the digital nature of the products once access or download has been granted.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All content, designs, texts, research, and digital materials sold or displayed on Vv are the exclusive intellectual property of Vv.

Upon purchase, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased PDF for personal or internal professional use only.

The user may not:

Vv reserves the right to restrict access or take legal action in case of misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vv endeavors to ensure proper operation of the website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Vv’s total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Force Majeure

Vv shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, wars, strikes, pandemics, or global disruptions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), conducted in English.

10. Amendments

Vv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Vv and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
